Longer version of Barrera-Dimitrov-Williams
Daniel, Mladen and I initially wrote a longer version of our Adv. Math. paper, but stripped out many of the details to make it shorter for publication. The version below has exactly the same theorem/lemma/equation numbering as the accepted version, but has more details and motivation throughout, as well as more relaxed formatting .
